1. Booking and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the week of the session or as specified in your invoice.

2. No Refunds on Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new date, provided you give at least 7 days notice.

3. Cancellations

• In the rare event that I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all deposits will be refunded in full.

• In the event that the client requests to reschedule their session on account of illness, emergency or any cause outside its control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled SHOOT (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency).

• If client cancels giving less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of the shoot or fails to show on time, all payments made to videographer will be forfeited and released to the videographer unconditionally.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the videography session.

• In the event of equipment failure, our liability is limited to a refund of the deposit.

5. Delivery of VIDEOS

• Edited films will be delivered via Google Drive link within 5-15 days of the session date.
